Resistance Exercise Resistance based training is an important part of our Training, Muscle burns calories at a higher rate than fat, so the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn at rest, thereby making your body a fat burning furnace. Not only does building muscle increase your metabolism, bone density and physical appearance resistance training also strengthens your muscles and connective tissue giving you decreased risk of injury.
Energy - By cleaning up the diet, assessing cooking methods and increasing exercise increases your energy and overall well being, you cannot out train a poor diet therefore a healthy diet is a must in your quest for results, first we eliminate foods that could be causing you to put on weight, then by using a fantastic system called Bio-Typing we work out the correct diet to suit your body type.
Strength - It has been proven that performance depends either directly or indirectly on qualities of muscular strength. The primary function of the muscles in the body is to contract in order to cause movement in body parts. Only muscle can cause movement.
The stronger your muscles and the more powerful the contractions are in relationship to your own bodyweight, the faster you will run, the higher you will jump, the better you will perform. Not to mention, having muscular strength is important to avoid injury.
Ultimate Performance Its not just athletes that need ultimate performance, in order to have a healthy happy life you need to perform your daily tasks to the best of your ability, what would you rather, dragging yourself out of bed on a morning having to have several cups of coffee before actually waking up or springing out of bed with loads of energy that lasts all day, making your daily tasks easier to cope with?

Stretching - Stretching is important for people of all ages! One of the greatest benefits of stretching is that youre able to increase your range of motion, which means your limbs and joints can move further before an injury occurs. Stretching after your workout can also be beneficial for recovery by decreasing muscle soreness, ensuring that your muscles and tendons are in good working order. The more conditioned your muscles and tendons are, the better they can handle the stress and rigors of exercise, making them less likely to become injured.
