Our clients need to know that to make the improvements in their health and fitness then they have to be ready to make those changes. If your not prepared to make changes to your lifestyle and nutrition how can you expect to get results?

We at DJ Personal Training are dedicated to delivering fantastic results to our clients and for that reason we have a reputation to uphold therefore we cannot accept clients who aren’t going adhere to their coaching programme, we don’t say this to put you off in any way just to clarify what is required when you work with us.

If you are serious about working with us and following our fantastic RESULTS system then please read on to find out what we expect from you when we accept you onto one of our programs:

  • Attend at least one appointment each week
  • Commit to the coaching programme for a minimum of 6 weeks
  • Complete a Food and Exercise Diary each week for the first 4 weeks and as required thereafter
  • Perform at least 3 workouts each week that will last no longer than 45 minutes
  • Be compliant and follow the program that has been designed for you and any other advice
  • Be prepared to give up foods such as wheat, alcohol, sugar and processed food for the first 4 weeks of your program.
  • Follow through on your nutrition and exercise program 100%.
  • Forget everything you have done in the past and trust Debbie’s advice, she knows how to lasting get results fast!
